Garden Maze Preview

As promised - here's a preview of our newest design!

New Model

Well I think everything is pretty much back to normal now that vacation is over. It was great to get away for a week.  We did get back a model this week! Thanks to Kim. I love getting models and seeing the designs stitched. Kim does such a great job. Tomorrow I'll try and get pictures and post some. If all goes well, I hope to have the pattern available beginning of June.

Outer Banks 2013

Well after a year of waiting, it's finally here...VACATION! In less than 24 hours we will be heading to Outer Banks with my mom, sister, and brother-in-law. This will be the first family vacation we have all had together so I cannot wait. My brother-in-law, Nathan, has never seen the ocean before and my mom hasn't in 20 years so I'm excited for them!

I am taking a stitching project with me...just not sure which one. I have LOTS of models that need finished but I've been wanting to stitch the Mill Hill Shell since I took in on vacation to NC 2 years ago when we went with my husbands family. 2 years later and it doesn't even have a stitch. Maybe this year.....well we'll see.

Lacy's 29th Birthday

This year I was pleasantly surprised with a mini party for my 29th birthday when we went down to visit my in-laws a week before my birthday. I was greeted with balloons hanging from the ceiling and a beautiful spring cake...and best of all I got a Pandora bracelet and 2 charms. I was very surprised. I have the best in-laws ever!

 Then I got a second cake from my mom! I still think I'm on a sugar high.
